最近因著地震與各種天災頻傳，部分媒體用很誇張的方式提到日本地震，甚至用了「世界末日」等詞，而引起民眾的恐慌。世界末日一直是人類很好奇，也很害怕的一件事。如去年喧騰一時的馬雅預言，論到2012將是世界末日，這種一派胡言的說法，竟也能引起諸多的討論，表示人類對這事的無知與恐懼。
